“a heavenly stay in the suite for my 50th birthday !

I would say dont listen to some reviews on here as this is a beautiful little retreat in beautiful old heritage surroundings . (my personal opinion anyway!)
we stayed in the suite room and it is in a seperate lodge which was a old church at the back of the hotel,and it is absolutely stunning,the bathroom is beautiful,the windows amazing and the old church doors from the bedroom to the bathroom were fantastic. i felt like a princess just for the 24 hours of being there i just kept taking photo after photo.The cathedral can be seen from the side window and can be seen lit up at night simply beautiful.The breakfast was lovely ,very good choice of cerals,fruit,crossants,yoghurts and full english. The breakfast room views were fabulous,the staff we spoke to were lovely too.
