Experience The Old Palace – an unforgettable venue in a secret corner of Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter. The Old Palace combines its unparalleled setting and stunning views with sumptuous elegance and effortless comfort.
Build on medieval foundations, the current palace is mainly Georgian and Victorian and was sympathetically restored between 2007 and 2009. Decorated and furnished in sympathy with the period of its various interiors, The Old Palace offers rooms suitable for events from small meetings to large receptions.
The Old Palace will open as a hotel on 1st March 2012. Each of our 16 bedrooms and suites is delightfully decorated with gorgeous fabrics and wall coverings.
In June, The Old Palace is extending to include the neighbouring former church of St. Michael on the Mount, to create an additional 16 beautifully-appointed rooms, including 2 suites. The new rooms will be of the same superior standard as the bedrooms in the existing building.
