Blue Room

This sumptuously decorated room on the first floor takes people’s breath away. It has a beautiful view of Lincoln Cathedral, deep-buttoned armchairs in the sitting area, TV and CD player with ipod docking station. The bed is a super king bed and there is a good bathroom with batch and power shower and a tall sash window with window seats.

Gilbert Suite

The Gilbert Suite is located on the second floor and rises into the tower at the front of The Old Palace. From the bedroom’s private lobby there are three doorways. Straight ahead is the large bedroom with a super king bed and a stunning view of Lincoln Cathedral. To the right is a small but sparkling bathroom with power shower and to the left is a stone spiral staircase which takes you to the sitting room at the top of the tower. This room has the same superb cathedral view as the bedroom and is furnished with armchairs and a sofa, TV and CD player with ipod docking station.

Prices start from £127.00 per room/night including our Full English breakfast.

Fluffy bathrobes and comfortable slippers are available for you to use during your stay in both suites.

New Suites in June 2012

In June, The Old Palace is extending to include the neighbouring former church of St. Michael on the Mount, to create an additional 16 beautifully-appointed rooms, including 2 suites. The new rooms will be of the same superior standard as the bedrooms in the existing building.
